These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at myyachtbot.com and the interactive product demo (together, the "Service"), operated by Yacht Bot LLC ("YachtBot", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service for lawful, personal and evaluation purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
The demo is for evaluation
The product demo uses scripted sample data for two example vessels and is provided to illustrate functionality. It is not a navigation, safety, compliance, or operational tool, and must not be relied upon for any vessel decision. Always verify safety-critical information with authoritative sources.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, logos and the YachtBot name, is owned by Yacht Bot LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute it without permission.
Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
